EPISODES & SHOW NOTES
#208: Really Not Into This
We talk so much about the things we love and that bring us joy (and it’s the best!), but sometimes it’s empowering to share the things we aren’t into. Like a good DNF, letting things go is freeing and sometimes sharing those things helps us all the way around.
So tell me, what are just not into right now?

#207: A Trick for Making Decisions Easier
It’s been very inconsistent and a little wild at our house the past few weeks. Making decisions easier has been a gift. Having clear set values and priorities has been a game changer for how I personally have handled all of these shifts. Here are my thoughts and tips on using those things to make my brain work better and prevent some over thinking.
So tell me, what are you deciding right now?

#206: Work Your Positive Muscles
Just a little reminder for all of us (myself included) that negative words and feelings don’t have to be the answer. Being positive in our thoughts and actions can lead to greater confidence and less stress. This episode shares some of my thoughts and ways that I am walking through this, too.
So tell me, what are you happy about right now?

#205: Clearing Things Out
It’s been interesting watching friends online in the past few weeks clearing out their stuff. It made me think a lot about the reasons we clean things out and how we can apply a good closet clean out to the rest of our lives.
So tell me, what are you cleaning out these days?

#204: Fave Books of the Year with Kari & Jamie
This is one of my favorite episodes of the whole year. We talk books almost daily and it just made for the most fun hour of the week (or maybe month!) to spend time sharing our faves with each other. I know that we all added some good stuff to our TBR list from it and I hope you do, too.
So tell me, What are your favorite reads of the year?

In my real life this week, I am starting a very exciting new journey. #195: Serving Your People When Things are Busy
Adding on to the last episode about personal survival when things are busy, I’ve been thinking about how to care of others in the same space. Especially in our own house, caring for those we love can feel like just another job. But if we are all healthy and happy, busy seasons are much more manageable.

#191: Live Life and Be Happy
For the most part, I genuinely believe that we are all just trying to live life and be happy. No matter what is going on in the world, we are all just trying to do the best we can. With that in mind, I dug deep into what this means. It helped me to investigate it further and remember the things that I need to keep implementing in my life. I hope it helps you as well.

I feel like our friendship has grown in front of you and having her back feels like we all get to hang out.
