#206: Work Your Positive Muscles
Just a little reminder for all of us (myself included) that negative words and feelings don’t have to be the answer. Being positive in our thoughts and actions can lead to greater confidence and less stress. This episode shares some of my thoughts and ways that I am walking through this, too.
