#150: Do you need a transition

I was talking to a client the other day about spaces in her life where she feels frustrated. Trying to bounce from one task or event to the next can feel like a lot. We found that a good transition was what she needed. Often, transitions can be applied to other age groups or times of life, but they are so important to how we feel and manage ourselves through the day. In this episode, I share some of my most effective tricks for having smoother transitions.
